At Freewheel Bicycle Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures for products and services.

Accessories and Parts Returns

Return Window

Accessories and parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact and undamaged
• All tags, labels, and documentation are included
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Helmets (once removed from packaging)
• Opened tubes or tires that have been mounted
• Used or installed parts
• Custom-ordered items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Bicycle Returns and Exchanges

New Bicycles

New bicycles may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if:

• The bicycle has not been ridden outdoors
• All original components and accessories are included
• The bicycle is in like-new condition
• Original receipt is provided

A 15% restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns.

Used Bicycles

All used bicycle sales are final. We thoroughly inspect and service all used bicycles before sale.

Service Refunds

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a repair or service:

• Contact us within 7 days of service completion
• Bring your bicycle back for inspection
• We will re-perform the service at no charge if the issue is related to our work

Service Cancellations

Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposits or payments.

After Work Begins: You will be charged for labor and parts used up to the point of cancellation.

How to Return an Item

2. Provide your receipt and reason for return
3. Bring the item in its original packaging with all accessories
4. We will inspect the item and process your return
5. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
